Lister real estate is a Belgrade-based real estate agency helping clients find residential and commercial properties across all parts of the city. With an active inventory of apartments, houses, and land available for both sale and rental, they needed more than a standard brochure website. They needed a fully functional property platform that was fast, easy to navigate, and gave potential buyers and renters the tools to find exactly what they were looking for without friction.
The brief
The core challenge here was building a website that could handle a live, growing inventory of property listings while keeping the browsing experience clean and intuitive. Visitors needed to be able to filter properties by transaction type, location, size, price, and number of rooms in real time, without page reloads or clunky redirects. On top of that, the agency needed to be able to manage their listings independently, adding new properties and updating existing ones without touching any code.

Full website design and development
I designed and developed the entire website in Webflow, building a clean, professional look that positions Lister as a trustworthy and modern agency in a competitive market. The design balances a premium feel with the practical clarity that property browsing requires, making it easy for visitors to find information and take action quickly.
Dynamic property listings with Webflow CMS
All property listings are managed through Webflow's CMS, giving the client full control over their inventory. Each listing contains all the key details, property type, location, price, size in square meters, number of rooms and bathrooms, transaction type, and additional feature flags, all structured as CMS fields that the client can update at any time. New properties can be published in minutes without any developer involvement.
Advanced filtering with Finsweet CMS Filter
The most technically significant part of the build was implementing a fully functional, real-time filtering system using Finsweet's CMS Filter library. Visitors can filter the property listings by transaction type (sale or rental), location within Belgrade, price range, and property size, and sort results by price and square meterage, with everything updating instantly as selections are made. This gives the site the feel of a dedicated property search platform while staying entirely within Webflow's ecosystem, keeping the build clean and the client's maintenance straightforward.
How it was built
The entire project was designed and developed in Webflow, with Finsweet CMS Filter handling the dynamic filtering layer. The CMS structure was set up to be as straightforward as possible for the client to manage, with clearly named fields and a logical content structure that scales as their property inventory grows. No custom backend, no third-party plugins beyond Finsweet, just a clean, maintainable Webflow build.
The result
Lister real estate now has a website that works as a proper property search tool rather than a static agency page. Visitors can browse, filter, and explore listings in real time, while the client manages everything independently through the CMS. The result is a professional digital presence that competes with much larger platforms while staying lean, fast, and easy to maintain.
